2019 has already been a huge year for brothers Louis and Oli Leimbach, better known as Lime Cordiale. Under the guidance of the label and management team, Chugg Music (formed by Michael Chugg and Andrew Stone in 2012), the band have played sold out tours all over Europe and Australasia. Following a chance meeting the band have joined forces with Post Malone, and Variety Hitmaker’s ‘Manager of The Year’, Dre London.
Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Lime Cordiale deliver hook-laden jams such as Dirt Cheap, #1 triple j most played song, Money, and their latest single Inappropriate Behaviour. Their live shows are known for legions of dedicated fans singing every word of their distinct, cruisey surf-rock and catchy alternative-pop.
After discovering the band through a fan, it was seeing the band live which sealed the deal. Says London:
“There’s so much we can do with the band in the USA and globally and together we’re going to make history.”
Lime Cordiale now find themselves at the end of a mammoth six-week run of UK and Europe tour dates, including sold-out headline shows at venues such as O2 Academy London, Paradiso in Amsterdam and multiple festivals. The band plays their largest ever NZ & Australian headline tour throughout October, November and December, and have just added dates in Los Angeles and New York City in September.
Their next studio release will also be in September to coincide with the tour dates, and will be released by Chugg Music and the new joint entity between Post Malone and Dre London, London Cowboys.
